Double Smoked Glazed Ham
PERFECT FOR EASTER
Coat ham with Dijon mustard and dry rub.
Smoke the ham at 250* F until the internal temp of the ham is 130*F
In a small saucepan over medium heat, add all ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes
Glaze the ham with half the glaze. Continue smoking until the internal temp is 140* F.
Remove from smoker and glaze the ham with the remaining glaze. Let sit for 20 minutes and serve.
