Let's get cooking!

Using a sharp boning or filet knife, carefully remove the top of the rind on one side of the brie wheel. If you only have a wedge, no need to remove.

Place the Brie in a small cast iron pan and top with white wine and fresh thyme.

Slice a baguette into 1/2 inch slices.  Coat with olive oil and grill for 2 minutes per side.

Grill for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese is slightly bubbly and melting. 

Add salt and pepper and enjoy!
