Smoked Buffalo Chicken Dip
PERFECT FOR GAME DAY
Prepare a whole chicken by trimming it and coating it with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Smoke the chicken at 225* F until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165* F.
Remove the chicken from the smoker and shred the meat.
Mix all the ingredients together until melted and creamy.
Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 375* F for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and enjoy with chips, bread, and celery!
