Pork Belly  Burnt Ends

MADE IN THE SMOKER

Trim excess skin and fat off the pork belly.

Slice meat into 2 inch cubes.

Coat with olive oil and  dry rub.

Place on a wire rack and smoke at 250* F  for 3 hours.

Remove and place in an aluminum tray with BBQ sauce, butter, and honey.

Mix, cover with foil, and place back in the smoker for 90 minutes.

Remove foil and cook for 15 more minutes.

Remove from smoker and enjoy!
