Pecan Pie

PERFECT FOR THANKSGIVING

Heat grill to 350* F. Place chopped pecans in the bottom of the pie crust.

Combine the remainder of ingredients and mix well to incorporate. Pour the mix into the pecans slowly.

Cover the pie in foil and place in the grill for 30 min. After 30 min, remove the foil and finish for another 20 – 25 min.

Remove the pie and let it rest and cool on a cooling rack for at least two hours at room temperature.
