MADE IN THE SMOKER

Combine cheese shreds and cream cheese.

Remove stems, ribs, and seeds from jalapeños

Stuff jalapeños with cheese mixture

Combine ground beef with seasonings

Divide beef evenly and wrap around jalapeños.

Smoke the 'eggs' at 225*F for 1 hour, until internal temp is 165*F

Coat the 'eggs' with red wine BBQ sauce and smoke for 10 more minutes.
