Smoked Turkey

THANKSGIVING

Simmer brine ingredients, then add turkey to brine and cover. Brine for 24 hours in the fridge.

Add herbs to room temperature butter and combine. Rubb under the skin of the turkey.

Season turkey liberally with dry rub. Stuff cavity with herbs and citrus.

Smoked the turkey at 275* until internal temperature is 165* (about 3-4 hours).

Let sit for 20 minutes  then slice and serve! Enjoy!
