Materials

  • 1 package Open Nature Frozen Gluten Free Pizza
  • 3 basil leaves, roughly chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to 400 - 425 degrees Fahrenheit using an indirect method of grilling.
  • Remove the frozen pizza from the packaging and discard the cardboard and plastic that it came in. Place the frozen pizza directly on the grill rack without a pizza stone.
  • Grill the pizza for 8 - 10 minutes or until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted. The box is likely to say up to 12 minutes and that will depend on how hot the pizza is.
  • Remove the pizza from the grill, and top with the basil and finishing salt. Cut up and serve.
