  • 1 (750 ml) bottle of chilled dry sparkling wine (I recommend Prosecco or Cava)
  • 2-3 Cups chilled fresh juice (see recommendations above)
  • Optional garnishes


  1. Fill a champagne flute halfway full with sparkling wine. Add juice to your preference. Adjust ratio to your preference (I generally opt for a 3:1 bubbly juice ratio)

  2. Garnish with fresh fruit or herbs.
