- ¼ cup kosher salt
- ¼ cup coarse ground pepper
- ¼ cup dry mustard powder
- ¼ cup smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
- 2 teaspoons dried sage

Combine: In a medium size bowl combine ingredients and incorporate.
