Aperol Spritz Slushie

Ingredients
- 3 cups Prosecco wine (one 750 ml bottle) (Alternatively, you can use Cava or a dry sparkling wine.)
- 1 cup Aperol
- 1 cup club soda
- 1 cup orange juice
- Garnish: orange slices
Instructions
- Combine: Pour the liquid ingredients into a large pitcher and stir to combine, then pour the mixture into the slushie machine.
- Slush: Turn on machine, then select the "SPIKED SLUSH" button to start the process. The machine will run and be set to the proper temperature. After 20 - 25 minutes, the mixture will freeze and become a slushie.
- Serve: Once it has reached the proper temperature you can dispense the Aperol Spritz Slushie into your favorite glass and garnish with a slice of orange.
Notes
Topping Off: If you want to top off the slushie machine, we recommend doing it when it's halfway empty. That way it's faster to freeze. Pour the same ratio into the machine, and it should freeze within 10 - 15 minutes.
