A delicious and festive Pomegranate Mimosa made with sparkling wine, Cointreau, and pomegranate juice. The perfect champagne cocktail recipe for holiday parties!

chilled pomegranate juice (recommend POM)
Cointreau (or other orange-flavored liqueur), optional
Sparkling wine, chilled (recommend brut)
pomegranate seeds (for garnish)
Orange peel (for garnish)
Pour 1 oz pomegranate juice and ½ oz Cointreau into a champagne flute or wine stem. (If you like it sweet, add more juice. If you like it less sweet, add less juice.)
Top glass with sparkling wine. Add pomegranate seeds for garnish and a twist of orange peel.
If you don’t have Cointreau then orange juice may substitute, although I will often omit the Cointreau all together if there are no alternatives available.
